An Island deep in the heart of the Louisiana bayou. Originally named after the dread pirate Morgan Moonscar, the island has changed hands over the years the government has abandoned all jurisdiction in it treating it as foreign soil. Though reasons for this have not been disclosed rumors have surfaced of it being a place where the dead walk and cat creatures prowl seeking to suck the life out of any poor sole that has the misfortune of stepping onto the island.
